Lindsay has been an integral part of The Day Care Society of Banff since joining the team in 2008, contributing her expertise and dedication throughout her tenure. With a diploma in Early Childhood Education and a degree in Family and Social Relations, she brings both knowledge and heart to her work. As a proud mother of a son who is an alumnus of the centre, Lindsay has a deep connection to the community and a personal understanding of the importance of nurturing environments where children can thrive.

In her role as Executive Director, Lindsay provides strong, compassionate leadership to both the Banff Child Care Centre and Puzzles Child Care teams. She supports and mentors’ staff at all levels, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and high-quality, play-based learning. Her guidance ensures that both centres maintain excellence in care and early learning while remaining responsive to the needs of children, families, and the wider community.

Lindsay’s vision, dedication, and passion for supporting children, families, and her colleagues make her an indispensable part of The Day Care Society of Banff. She takes pride in making a meaningful difference every day, helping the organization thrive and continue to provide exceptional care across all centres.
