Actively engaging with Alberta's FLIGHT framework enables educators to support our 'Mighty Learners' in meaning-making through holistic play while thoughtfully observing and responding to each child’s unique dispositions to learn.
Through reflective practice, educators notice and name curiosity, creativity, and discovery. We provide thoughtful and responsive care that helps children feel safe, supported, and valued. Strong relationships and attentive guidance build trust and confidence, creating a foundation that inspires exploration, imagination, and a lifelong love of learning.
Educators commit to their own learning journeys, building the confidence, knowledge, and inspiration needed to provide the high quality of care every child deserves through experiential learning. This approach ensures that the children are active participants in their learning.
Puzzles Child Care supports and promotes the social-emotional development of early learners. Educators are coached to provide universal intervention strategies using the Pyramid Model. The Pyramid Model is an evidence-based practice that ensures nurturing, responsive relationships in a supportive environment for all children and families.
